While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I experienced behind its threshold was disturbing and far below any standard .

From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was evident that sanitation was not a priority at this bar . The floorboards were filthy, and a foul smell of old alcohol and uncleaned toilets suffused the entire venue . Reeking of a mixture of human waste, decay and sickness . The bar area , which should be the focal point of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and trash that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The lavatory was in even more deplorable shape —overflowing , with a broken handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was feces.
It wasn’t just a rare instance either.
